Manna Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 whole jalapeno
  • Large handful of cilantro
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • ⅛ – ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 
  2. Blend until consistency is that of hummus. 
  3. Adjust salt and spiciness to your liking. 
  4. Serve with chips, crackers, cucumber, pita bread, literally whatever you like.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
